International Fastener Expo (IFE) 2018, North America's largest fastener trade show, announced preparations for its October 30-November 1 event at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The exhibition was expected to attract over 5,000 attendees and 850 exhibiting companies from over 30 nations.

IFE 2018 featured a comprehensive exhibition floor covering fastener products, manufacturing equipment, tooling, and industry services. The event included new networking events, extended exhibit hall hours, and an enhanced conference program addressing industry topics including trade policy and regulatory compliance.
The event included education sessions on California Proposition 65 compliance and US tariffs and trade policies. The annual Welcome Reception provided networking opportunities, while the IFE Awards Ceremony recognized Hall of Fame inductees and Young Fastener Professional of the Year winners.
