Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. For out-of-stock items, delivery is typically 15-20 days depending on the quantity and production schedule. We maintain large inventory levels to ensure fast delivery for our most popular products.
Our standard MOQ varies by product type. For standard fasteners, MOQ typically ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 pieces depending on size and specification. For custom or non-standard parts, we can discuss flexible MOQs based on your requirements. We're happy to accommodate smaller trial orders for new customers.
Yes, we offer free samples for most standard products from our existing inventory. Customers only need to cover the shipping cost. For custom samples requiring new tooling or special production, a sample fee may apply which can be credited against your first order.
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. For established customers, we offer flexible terms including L/C at sight and extended credit terms. Other payment methods like PayPal and Western Union are available for smaller orders.
We provide a complete set of export documents including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form A, CO, etc.), and Material Test Certificates (MTC) upon request.
